Primus Group Expands Success with the Opening of a New Showroom “Deepal Primus Chonburi”

Primus Group is strengthening its position in the automotive dealership sector by investing 50 million baht to open “Deepal Primus Chonburi,” the largest comprehensive showroom and service center in Thailand. The initiative aims to prepare for future economic growth and showcases three strategic approaches to win over customers in the Eastern region, aspiring to become the number one choice in customers’ minds while leading the EV market. 

Mr. Nattavuth Tangkaravakoon, President of Primus Group and TOA Venture Holding, stated that the current automotive market is rapidly changing due to technological advancements and evolving consumer behaviors. This dynamic environment has led to increased competition as more vehicle brands enter the Thai market.

As a leading automotive dealership group, Primus Group recognizes the need to adapt to changing consumer demands. With the commitment to environmentally sustainable business practices, the company has partnered with electric vehicle brands from China, including CHANGAN, one of China’s top four automotive manufacturers, and Eternity At One, a professional organization in managing electric vehicle dealership businesses, officially appointing Primus as the Deepal vehicle distributor in Bangkok and Chonburi.

Chonburi is recognized as a high-potential province and a special development zone in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), attracting significant public and private investments that contribute to continuous economic growth. The automotive market in Chonburi has also shown substantial expansion, ranking second in vehicle registrations after Bangkok. With Primus Group’s expertise and experience in the Chonburi market, the investment of over 50 million baht to establish the Deepal Primus Chonburi showroom on nearly four rai of land—offering comprehensive services—reinforces its confidence in achieving successful representation for both Deepal and Primus Group.

The Deepal Primus Chonburi dealership, located on Sukhumvit-Ang Sila Road, covers a total area of 6,290 square meters, making it the largest Deepal showroom and service center in Thailand. The showroom features displays of various Deepal models, accommodating up to 10 vehicles, alongside a spacious customer lounge designed to provide comfort for both sales and after-sales services, complete with refreshments for discerning customers. An exclusive customer reception area ensures privacy, while a dedicated delivery zone enhances the memorable experience of joining the Deepal Primus family.

The rear building houses a comprehensive standard service center of approximately 1,000 square meters with eight service bays, accommodating up to 500 vehicles monthly. Services include repairs and maintenance for all Deepal models, staffed by experienced professionals trained in accordance with Changan’s standards, and equipped with modern tools to facilitate efficient service. Additionally, the center accepts insurance repair services and offers free towing in case of accidents.

Mr. Rujivipat further mentioned that Deepal Primus Chonburi plans to establish a high-standard body and paint repair center in the rear area of the service center to meet comprehensive customer needs, with expected completion around November of this year. To provide customers with an opportunity to experience the advanced technology and stunning design of Deepal’s intelligent electric vehicles, the showroom will showcase all available Deepal models for close viewing and interaction.
