Benz Primus Hosts CEOs from Overseas Countries for Exclusive Visit

May 26, 2023: Benz Primus Welcomes CEOs of Mercedes-Benz Regional Overseas for Exclusive Showroom and Service Center Visit

Benz Primus hosted a delegation of CEOs from Mercedes-Benz Regional Overseas during their visit to Thailand for the Regional Meeting Overseas. The visit aimed to showcase the showroom and service center operations while presenting the business management vision that drives success across all dimensions.

Mr. Nattavuth Tangkaravakoon – President, and Mr. Jirapol Rujivipat- Managing Director, along with senior executives from Primus Autohaus Co., Ltd., warmly welcomed Mr.Matthias Laarz, Director of the Mercedes-Benz Cars region, and over 20 CEOs from various countries. The delegation included Martin Schwenk, CEO, and Ms. Pannetra Rangsinturat, General Manager of Business Development and Dealer Network, along with other senior executives from Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The visit was part of the agenda for the Regional Meeting Overseas held in Thailand in mid-May.

During the visit, the senior management team of Benz Primus shared their insights on management strategies and success in sales performance, along with achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction among Mercedes-Benz vehicle owners. An open discussion allowed for the exchange of ideas, and they also participated in delivering vehicles to their customers.

Benz Primus is one of 15 prototype showrooms in the Choice of Overseas program, utilizing the MAR 2020 concept as a guiding principle. This approach emphasizes customer-centric operations aligned with the Luxury Strategy that prioritizes high-end customer care and service quality to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. This strategy is a core initiative for Mercedes-Benz globally.
